Shipping Policy
We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Pennslyvania. We will ship your order as soon as possible after receiving it. We will try our best to get the lowest possible shipping cost for every order. For slabs and bases call to place your order and we will figure out the freight. All packages will be sent either with UPS or FedEx. All freight will be FOB.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product it may be returned for 14 days after receiving it. We do not accept returns for custom orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer must pay for return shipping.
If you cut up the wood or change the shape then it cannot be returned.
Potential Damages
We check every order for accuracy and quality. If one of our products is damaged, please send pictures of both the package and product to: info@diamondteak.com. Our products very rarely get damaged but we will work with all customers to ensure that you are protected.
Please note on all shipping documents such as bill of lading, if there are any problems such as damage, missing items, etc
Miscellaneous Info
Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will let you know prior to processing your order what the expected lead time is.
Business Delivery: Please let us know if you have a loading dock and a forklift, this can save a lot of money on shipping.
Customer Pickup: If you live in the area please let us know if you want to pick up at our warehouse.
Residential Shipping is more expensive, especially if you need a liftgate on the delivery truck. This is for shipping by motor freight = common carrier = 18 wheels.
We make a lot of deliveries with our own truck.
Please note that we have a restocking fee of 20%.
If you order and we package your wood and then you cancel we have to charge this to cover our costs.
